The A.J. Institute Entrance Examination (AJIEE) serves as the gateway to academic excellence at A.J. Institute of Engineering and Technology (AJIET), a unit of the Laxmi Memorial Education Trust. The institute is recognized by the Government of Karnataka, approved by AICTE, New Delhi, and affiliated to Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU), Belagavi.

Established in 2016, AJIET has achieved significant milestones in a short span of time and is accredited by the National Board of Accreditation (NBA) and the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC), reflecting its commitment to quality education and academic excellence.

AJIEE is a comprehensive and competitive entrance examination designed to assess students on subject-specific knowledge and other key parameters. The examination process ensures a fair and transparent evaluation, enabling the institute to identify students with the potential to thrive in a rigorous academic environment, particularly for management quota seats.

Eligibility Criteria

Academic Qualification

  • BE - candidates must have passed 10+2 / PUC / Equivalent with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects.
  • MCA/MBA - any degree with minimum 50% marks.

Regulatory Norms

Candidates must adhere to all eligibility criteria prescribed by AICTE, VTU, and the State Government of Karnataka.
